Artist Statement
I have always kept my hands busy and have had a lifelong fascination with putting things together. As a self taught artist, I have worked in many mediums through the years and in my wire work have found an art form that allows me to create a separate mood with each piece I develop. I am continuing to learn the ways of the metals and love combining stone and wire in forms that will endure. My inspiration comes from the stones I work with and the legacy of ethnic jewelers through history.
