It is with great pleasure that we announce Katie Martello of Parkton as the 2008 recipient of the Northern Baltimore County Art Foundation fine art scholarship. We are proud to recognize Katie’s accomplishments with the award of a fine art scholarship in the amount of $1000, $500 greater than our goal. The pool of candidates for the 2008 award were quite impressive. The jurors commented on the quality, consistency and breadth of the work submitted. NBCAF thanks all those who showed their pride of the North County as an arts rich environment by participating through contribution to the endowment for the arts through NBCAF.
