Northern Baltimore County Art Foundation (NBCAF) was established in 2006. An all-volunteer organization, NBCAF promotes art awareness and education in Northern Baltimore County and supports an art scholarship program for area high school students.

NBCAF raises funds primarily through our annual Dinner with the Artists and the Gunpowder River Artfest.

Future plans include establishment of a community art center which would house a gallery, classrooms for art instruction, and possibly studio space.
